Casa Vierra is a private creative studio located in Houston, Tx just minutes from NRG Park. The full studio address and arrival instructions are provided after booking.
IS THE STUDIO PRIVATE?
Yes. Each Casa Vierra studio suite is completely private and includes its own dedicated restroom. Other guests may be booked in separate studio suites at the same time, but your reserved suite and restroom will not be shared. Your reservation provides access only to the suite you booked, not the entire property.
WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH MY RENTAL?
Your rental includes access to the available studio sets, furniture and décor, plus a tripod and ring light for content creation.
DO I NEED TO BRING A PHOTOGRAPHER?
No. You are welcome to bring your own photographer, take your own photos or create content using your phone. An in-house photography is also available for an additional fee. Starting at $350
HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN I BRING?
Up to 10 guest. Only the number of guests included in your reservation may enter the studio.
CAN I ARRIVE EARLY?
No. Please arrive at your scheduled booking time. We may have another private rental immediately before yours and cannot guarantee early entry.
DOES MY BOOKING TIME INCLUDE SETUP AND CLEANUP?
Yes. Your reserved time includes setup, shooting, outfit changes, cleanup and breakdown. Please book enough time for your entire experience and be completely out of the studio by the end of your reservation.
CAN I ADD MORE TIME?
Additional time may be added only if the studio is available after your reservation. If another booking follows yours, your session cannot be extended.
CAN I MOVE THE FURNITURE?
Furniture and décor may be repositioned carefully unless otherwise noted. Everything must be returned exactly where you found it before your reservation ends.
CAN I BRING FOOD OR DRINKS?
Please keep food and drinks away from furniture, sets and décor. All trash, bottles, cups and personal items must leave with you.
CAN I BRING GLITTER OR CONFETTI?
No. Glitter and confetti are not permitted inside Casa Vierra.
ARE PETS ALLOWED?
Yes, with prior approval. A $25 pet fee applies per pet.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
All payments are non-refundable. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
WHAT IF SOMETHING IS DAMAGED?
Guests are responsible for damage to studio furniture, décor, plants, equipment or sets during their reservation. Additional cleaning, reset or damage fees may apply when necessary.
WILL SOMEONE FROM THE CASA VIERRA TEAM BE THERE?
Casa Vierra is designed to give you the freedom to create independently. Our team may briefly enter during the final 5–10 minutes of a reservation to capture behind-the-scenes marketing content. If you prefer not to be filmed, simply let us know.
CAN I USE THE STUDIO FOR COMMERCIAL CONTENT?
Absolutely. Casa Vierra welcomes photographers, brands, models, influencers, entrepreneurs and other creatives. Commercial productions with larger teams or special requirements should contact us before booking.
